Upcoming Training Sessions

Our next volunteer training session will be held February 26 and 28, 2009. The training will be held at the San Jacinto location on Thursday evening at 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm.

The Saturday session will begin at 9:00 am until 3:00 pm.  Lunch will be provided. The cost of the training is $35 which includes a training manual and handouts. Please call 713-942-7878 for more information.

To serve as a Peer Counselor, you must successfully complete all 6 training modules (I, II, III, IV, V and VI).  Other volunteers are encouraged to complete volunteer training, but are not required to do so in order to serve at the Pregnancy Help Center. Volunteer Training is also available on an individual basis via DVD.
